What @dharmayoganyc taught me is to grow younger and find the child inside me, meanwhile @yogivaruna @leela_om reminded me to have fun, we are here to share the good energy, not to worry about our ques and alignments. We, people who practice yoga sometimes worry too much about the knowledge, the image, the poses, our limits, yoga is not competitive sports, we won’t win if we are more flexible or physically stronger. Let’s just enjoy the journey and have fun, for yoga practice as well as to everything in life ⭕️ @dharmayogawheel
